The LORD in His Word, makes it abundantly clear that, we are to be His ambassadors and displaying His goodness and grace, in and through our lives – “17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new…20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ…” “9…that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:” – 2 Corinthians 5:17, 20; 1 Peter 2:9
So now, we ought to ask ourselves, as often as possible – “What is my contribution for the kingdom of God?” God has done so much for each of us – undoubtedly. What we received is precious, priceless and invaluable. It cannot be bought by any means. So what are we doing about it? What is our contribution to the kingdom of God?
Are we being a blessing to the kingdom of God? Are our lives and our resources of use for the LORD’s work? Are we actively involved in kingdom concerns, and building it? May the LORD help us.
"I place no value on anything I have or may possess, except in relation to the kingdom of God. If anything will advance the interests of the kingdom, it shall be given away or kept, only as by giving or keeping it I shall most promote the glory of Him to whom I owe all my hopes in time or eternity."
