We find God speaking to a weak and exhausted Daniel, and because of which, Daniel got greatly strengthened – “19 And he said, “O man greatly beloved, fear not! Peace be to you; be strong, yes, be strong!” So when he spoke to me I was strengthened, and said, “Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.” – Daniel 10:19.
How are we today? Are we feeling tired, weak, exhausted and down? Fear not…Daniel testifies, “So when he spoke to me I was strengthened….” and further says – “Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.” The words that the LORD speaks have power to lift out spirits, and strengthen us.
Let us wait upon God to speak to us…and then we will be strengthened. The LORD may use many means, to speak to us. Let us know this for a fact – when the LORD speaks, we are strengthened. The best and surest way to hear, God speaking to us is, the Bible. Therefore, let us pick up our Bibles, and read it. The LORD will surely speak to us, our needs, and to that which is holding us down. The words of the LORD, for sure, will strengthen us, just as it did Daniel of old. The Word of the LORD has power, and we can access it anytime, unhindered.
May we hear the LORD speaking to us today. May the LORD bless our day. May the LORD make us a blessing to someone in need today.
"As we grow [in] our faith, we wait in silence. As we listen for His voice, we have hope that He will speak. It may not be a loud boom or thunder, but a soft whisper. He may use a song, a butterfly, a sermon, a stranger...there is hope that God will come through for us."
