We have so many people, in our lives, instructing us to walk on the right path – our parents, elders in the family, teachers and friends. This need not necessarily have anything to do with God. They are all well intending instructions, based on moral and ethical way of life. The Bible also talks about “the Way” in its pages. David, through God’s inspiration, writes that the way of the LORD our Creator, is perfect…yes, PERFECT!
– “30 As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.” – Psalm 18:30
Yesterday we thought about the “It is God’s Way” – today let us look at “GOD’S WAY IS PERFECT.”
God’s way, that is described and defined in the Bible is the “PERFECT” and good for us to follow, as a human being. It has no flaws in it. It has no errors in it. It does not hurt us, nor does it do us, any harm. It is good and worthwhile to walk in its path. In fact, *God’s perfect way is a reflection of the very character of God.* Therefore, God’s way is perfect, because it cannot be anything else. HalleluYah!!!
– “This phrase [“As for God, His way is perfect”] emphasizes the perfection of God’s ways, suggesting that His plans and purposes are without flaw or error. In the biblical context, this reflects the belief that God’s actions and decisions are inherently just and righteous. The perfection of God’s way is a recurring theme in Scripture, seen in Deuteronomy 32:4, which describes God as “a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and upright is He.” This perfection is also a standard for believers, as Jesus calls His followers to be perfect as the Heavenly Father is perfect (Matthew 5:48).” – Berean Study Bible Notes.
Let us, dear brothers and sisters, desire to walk on this “perfect” way, that God is calling us to walk upon. It is complete, wholesome, without flaws and in walking on it, it would be the best thing we can ever do, in our lives. By walking in it, we would be blessed, and will become a blessing to all, who are around us. Let us earnestly seek the LORD, to help us walk on it, faithfully and obediently. Even so the LORD help us.
"His way is perfect; his counsel and providence, though it may sometimes be dark and hard to be understood, yet is always wise and just, and every way perfect or unbearable."
