We may not understand all that is happening in our life, around us, and in the world. Not that we are less intelligent or dumb. Somethings are made up in such a way, that we may not get a proper and full understanding of it.
At such times, ‘accepting’ them as they are, helps us move forward in life, and not get stuck in one place, and be stranded for life. Acceptance, it is good to know, is not the same as “agreeing” with something. Accepting something is to acknowledge that it is a fact, and that, we have to take it as what it is – a fact of life. Like for example, the place, time, family and the situation that we are born into. We cannot do anything about them. We have to accept them as they are. Only then we can move forward meaningfully.
The Bible has some words of inspiration for us – “18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”* Therefore, *”28…we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:18, Romans 8:28
The LORD knows it all. He works all things for our good. We simply have to accept life as it comes. Seek His face for wisdom and help. Do what best we can, to make things better, within the limits that the LORD allows. Leave the rest to our Redeemer. Keep moving forward. The LORD will take care of it.
"Faith is not believing in my own unshakable belief. Faith is believing an unshakable God when everything in me trembles and quakes."
