TAKE IT TO THE LORD – OUR GREATEST RESOURCE!

Christians, have the greatest resource ever, when facing storms in life – the LORD our Creator and Redeemer. The LORD had said very clearly, “5…“I will never leave you nor forsake you.” – Hebrews 13:5b. Do we need to look for help anywhere else? Absolutely no…no one else can help us, as would the LORD!!! HalleluYah!

Despite the fact that the LORD stands with us – many times, while facing storms, our personalities have an influence, on how well we face them. If someone is mentally strong, then they would withstand it, and get going with their life. If someone is mentally not so strong, but weak, then they can crumble, and at times, be crushed under the weight of their burden. If one is sensitive, then the storm will hit them, all the more sharply, and the pain can be multiplied many times, depending upon their sensitivity. Our personalities can influence our faith in God, while facing storms.

Whatever typed of personality one may have, the LORD knows it all, and He cares about us. When we surrender ourselves to the LORD, with our personalities, God can help shape us and strengthen us, along with our personalities. Therefore, when problems hit us, let us learn to take it to the LORD in prayer. This is the best thing we can do. This is what the LORD wants us to do – “6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7.
