TRANSFORMING POWER OF GOSPEL

The Bible talks about human heart, and unequivocally says, the heart is the problem. The diagnosis of the Word of God is spot on. Look at man, and we can see it for ourselves.

Man in all his supposed intelligence, progress and advancement, has invented many a method to uplift the state of man. Sadly, everything seems to fail and fall flat. This is the reality about our world.

The LORD God Almighty, our Creator has not only diagnosed our problem, but also has the solution for the same. Since, the heart is the problem, therefore, the heart needs to be transformed. Only then can there be a visible and lasting change in man. This, in other words is, the GOSPEL that the Bible talks about.
“9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. 10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. 11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.” – Luke 2:9-11

On 3rd December 1903, transformation of a hardened heart happened. Sundar Singh of Punjab, India, hated Christians, and did burn a Bible. In search of meaning for life, and unable to find it, he decides to commit suicide. That night, Sundar Singh sees a vision of Christ, and his life is transformed. The teenager begins to preach the gospel immediately. 

He goes through hell and high seas, yet this man holds on to His LORD, and is used greatly by the Saviour. This is the power of gospel. Have you experienced it? There is never a better time than now. May the LORD bless you.
