Life as we see today is fast paced, and the buzz word is speed. Pace is good, but it is the same pace that can trip and topple us too. Such is the nature of speed. Everything moves at an accelerated speed. This means our ability to analyse and respond is also reduced. Think about it.
Steady and sustained efforts will bear lasting fruit. This is also the principle of nature. Seasons change at a set time. When we sow a seed, it takes a certain and definite amount of time till the harvest. Also, the same principle applies to all that we manufacture. We can hurry it a bit, but can’t go beyond the minimum time that is required.
The Bible advises us to be wise in all such matters – “2 Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth.” – Proverbs 19:2
"There are no shortcuts to any place worth going."
