The power of the Gospel of the LORD Jesus to transform sinful, wicked and evil human beings is a very fascinating study. It is a transformation of the darkest of darkness into the brightest of brightness. This transformation is possible only when the fallen man is convinced and convicted of his sinfulness, and realises the need for God to wash away all his sins by the precious and priceless blood of the LORD Jesus Christ, shed for us on the Cross of Calvary. Only then we see a new man, a new creation, and a transformation that is fascinatingly inexplicable. This is the power of the Gospel of the LORD Jesus Christ.
– “3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” 4 Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” 5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God…7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’” – John 3:3-5,7
– “17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ…” – 2 Corinthians 5:17-18

Dear brothers and sisters, has the Gospel of the LORD Jesus touched and transformed your lives? Do we bear the fruit of such a transformation? Do other see those fruit in our lives? Do others acknowledge our transformation? What visible signs can we see and clearly identify as the transformation because of the Gospel of the LORD Jesus Christ? Let us pause and ponder. "Before meeting the risen Christ, Saul zealously opposed believers in Jesus, whom the early church was known as “the Way”...Saul’s persecution extended to deadly consequences, including his approval of Stephen’s execution (Acts 7:58; 8:1). His testimony magnifies the grace of Christ, who transformed a violent enemy of the church into a faithful apostle."
