HALLELUYAH! “NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT!”

HalleluYah!!! I have nothing to complain about!!! – can we say this without any hitch in our heart? Let us consider the following facts before we answer this question.

1- Nearly 150,000 people die each day around the world.
2- Approximately 6,700 new-born babies die every day.
3- Every single day, some 6,000 women and men around the world die due to work-related accidents or diseases.
4- Worldwide, as many as 811 million [81.1 crore] people go to bed hungry each night – about 60% of India’s population.
5- About 1 billion [100 Crores] people in the world, live with less than 1 dollar per day.
6- More than half of the world’s population – about 4 billion [400 Crores] – live with less than 10 dollars a day.
7- About 18 per cent of world’s population owns a car. That means, 82% of the people don’t have a car.
8- Almost half the world’s population – 4 billion people [400 Crores] – still struggles to meet basic human needs.

What have we to complain about my brother and my sister?
