May 16, 2022The Word of God gives a glimpse of who God is, His character traits, and the person that He is, for our understanding. Such an understanding is essential for us to know who God is. This helps us in our relationship with Him. It most surely helps us to worship Him properly.
Life is full of ups and downs. Our capacity to help ourselves as humans, is dismally bad. The knowledge of God, and His traits helps us immensely as Christians. Knowing who God is, helps us to walk confidently through this life.
Prophet Jeremiah writing in Jeremiah 10:6,10 has this to say about the LORD God Almighty – “6 Inasmuch as there is none like You, O LORD (You are great, and Your name is great in might)…10 But the LORD is the true God; He is the living God and the everlasting King…”
Here are some knowledge about YAHWEH, our LORD!
1- THERE IS NONE LIKE YAHWEH
2- YAHWEH IS GREAT AND MIGHTY
3- YAHWEH IS THE TRUE GOD
4- YAHWEH IS LIVING GOD
5- YAHWEH IS THE EVERLASTING KING
It is wonderful and comforting to know about our God! The knowledge about our LORD *helps us face life, and all its challenges. It helps us to trust Him, and have faith in His ability to help us. It helps us to courageously move forward with confidence.
