God is gracious and good. Also, HE hates the proud.
A proud person has nothing but himself or herself. There is no room for others.
It is good remind ourselves, that there is nothing in us to be proud of, but for the sin and wickedness in our hearts. It took the LORD Himself to set things right. So where is the place for pride?
Beware, Lucifer fell because of pride.
