Disagreements may, or may not, lead to conflicts. It depends on how one chooses to respond. However, conflicts are an indication of our hearts, the choices we make, and the darkness that resides within.
LESSON FROM A “TIMID” CAT, AND THE “MISCHIEF MAKERS”
Even a timid cat, when it is locked up in a room, with no way to escape, it would turn itself into a ferocious cat. Reason? It has no other option left.
THE CLEVER PROCESS OF THE “MISCHIEF MAKERS”
– They would first call the timid cat as the most dangerous and vile cat ever.
– Then they would cage, that very cat, and lock it up in a room.
– Then when it retaliates, the “MISCHIEF MAKERS” trumpet it as, the indisputable evidence, for what they have been saying all along, about this cat – that it is not, a timid cat as “everyone” claims it to be, but rather, the most ferocious and dangerous one, ever.
– Therefore, killing the cat has become the necessity, as part of righteous self-defence, and for the greater good of all people, including the cat itself.
Oh the “MISCHIEF MAKERS” masquerading as the messiahs of the mankind, all the while, dealing with death, in reality. They have been playing this game for a long long time. They are an old hand at it. “Silly” that people keep falling for this trick, every time, over, and over, and over again, by blindly believing this logic, and buying themselves into the lie. What a pity! What a tragedy!
OH SILLY of ME, to think that the world would be a better place – fair, just and equal. But for the true Messiah, it would have been a lost case.
THE WISE ADVISE, BASED ON THE COMMANDMENTS OF THE BIBLE
“22 Do not rob the poor because he is poor, Nor oppress the afflicted at the gate; 23 For the LORD will plead their cause, And plunder the soul of those who plunder them.” – Proverbs 22:22-23
THE RIGHTEOUS AND ETERNAL LAW OF YAHWEH – OBEDIENCE IS WORSHIP
– “21 “You shall neither mistreat a stranger nor oppress him, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt. 22 “You shall not afflict any widow or fatherless child. 23 If you afflict them in any way, and they cry at all to Me, I will surely hear their cry; 24 and My wrath will become hot, and I will kill you with the sword; your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless.” – Exodus 22:21-24
– “6 “You shall not pervert the judgment of your poor in his dispute. 7 Keep yourself far from a false matter; do not kill the innocent and righteous. For I will not justify the wicked…9 “Also you shall not oppress a stranger for you know the heart of a stranger, because you were strangers in the land of Egypt.” – Exodus 23:6-7,9
– “17 Cursed is the one who moves his neighbor’s landmark.’… 18 Cursed is the one who makes the blind to wander off the road.’…19 Cursed is the one who perverts the justice due the stranger, the fatherless, and widow.’ “And all the people shall say, ‘Amen!’” – Deuteronomy 27:17-19
CONCLUSION AND THE JUDGEMENT OF YAHWEH, AND THE SUBSEQUENT CONSEQUENCES
– 8 Then the WORD of the LORD came to Zechariah, saying, 9 “Thus says the LORD of hosts:
– Execute true justice, Show mercy and compassion Everyone to his brother.
– 10 Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, The alien or the poor. Let none of you plan evil in his heart Against his brother.’ – Zechariah 7:8-10
THE RESPONSE OF THE PEOPLE OF GOD – A REFLECTION OF OUR REBELLIOUS HEARTS
– 11 “BUT THEY REFUSED TO HEED, SHRUGGED THEIR SHOULDERS, AND STOPPED THEIR EARS SO THAT THEY COULD NOT HEAR.
– 12 Yes, they made their hearts like flint, refusing to hear the law and the words which the LORD of hosts had sent by His Spirit through the former prophets. Thus great wrath came from the LORD of hosts.* – Zechariah 7:11-12
THE CONSEQUENCES OF DELIBERATE DISOBEDIENCE AND REBELLION
– 13 Therefore it happened, that just as He proclaimed and they would not hear, so they called out and I would not listen,” says the LORD of hosts.
– 14 “But I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations which they had not known. Thus the land became desolate after them, so that no one passed through or returned; for they made the pleasant land desolate.” – Zechariah 7:13-14
– “22 So Samuel said: “Has the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, As in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed than the fat of rams. 23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the LORD, He also has rejected you from being king.” – 1 Samuel 15:22-23
"Race, justice, and biblical worship: “Take away from me the noise of your songs. But let justice roll down like waters…” (Amos 5:23-24). We are fooling ourselves if we think God is pleased while we sing our songs and stay silent about injustice."
