When we look at our lives, to be honest, we have all that we need. As Christians, we ought to constantly remind ourselves of our God’s goodness, grace, mercy and providence. We need to remind ourselves of the line, from the beautiful hymn, of Thomas O. Chisholm…
– “Great is Thy faithfulness, Great is Thy faithfulness, Morning by morning new mercies I see, All I have needed Thy hand hath provided…”
The LORD, who is our Creator, our Redeemer, and our Everything, is mindful of all our needs, and will ensure that, we are properly provided for, and fully protected. The Good Old Book reminds us to be glad because of the LORD…
– “3 The LORD has done great things for us, And we are glad.” – Psalm 126:3
David, the shepherd, writing in Psalm 34, says that, *we need not be worried nor concerned for anything. We have our Good Shepherd, who will take care of all that we will ever need.* Have we not read, what is written in the Word of God?
– “8 Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! 9 Oh, fear the LORD, you His saints! There is no want to those who fear Him. 10 The young lions lack and suffer hunger; But those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing.” – Psalm 34:8-10
The LORD knows it all, and He will provide what we need. Therefore, we ought to be thankful and grateful to the LORD, forever. How about starting it right away? Even so the LORD help us.
"When you look at the sky and the beauty of the stars, throw yourself at God’s feet and adore Him who in His wisdom has arranged things in this way. Similarly, when the sun goes down and when it rises, when you are asleep or awake, give thanks to God, who created and arranged all things for your benefit, to have you know, love and praise their Creator."
