Christian walk is not easy on three counts. Firstly, what the LORD is asking from us, is exactly the opposite of our sinful and wicked nature. It is not in our nature to live righteously.
Secondly, the world acts as a pressure point, forcing us to conform to its image, and be one of its kind. Our flesh is the point of reference to the world, where by it hooks us and tries to draw us away from our path.
Thirdly, our desire to walk in God’s way attracts the enemy of God. He spares no efforts to stop us from living for God.
“Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses…
let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith…”- Heb 12:1,2
