The Bible puts it across clearly and unambiguously, that none of us, right from the fall of Adam and Eve, till date, are good, and without sin. The LORD speaking through Paul, says, “For there is no difference; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,” – Romans 3:22.
There is no ambiguity nor any doubt about what the Word of God says… ALL… INCLUDING ME have sinned, and have fallen short of the LORD’s righteous standard. This ought to be clear in our hearts and minds.
However, the LORD, being gracious and merciful, has Himself paid the price for our redemption, through His Son, the LORD Jesus Christ’s death on the cross of Calvary – “23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” – Romans 6:23
Therefore, ALL… INCLUDING ME, if we confess our sins, and believe in our hearts, we will be saved – “9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.” – Romans 10:9-13
May the LORD Jesus help us to live for Him as His disciples, witnesses and His ambassadors.
"He paid the debt he did not own, I own the debt I could not pay I needed someone to wash my sins away And now I sing a brand new song, "Amazing grace" Christ Jesus paid the debt I could never pay."
