The end of academic season is fast approaching. Some are beginning their annual exams this week, and some very shortly. Exam time is intensely stressful, and many a student is in some kind of “stressful trance.” There are some “blissful” students, who never seemed to be stressed over an exam – may be, they reason, it is pointless. What comes will come, and we better face it head-on, than worry and stress about it. Good approach to exams.
However, whether one is stressed or not, there is one sure source of encouragement, inspiration and help, which we all need. Here under are some Scripture to help us…
“16 Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.” “57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” – 2 Thessalonians 3:16, 1 Corinthians 15:57
“7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.” “19 The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places.” – Psalms 20:7, Habakkuk 3:19
The LORD expects the students to work hard, and discharge their responsibilities with integrity. Having done all that we could, we then must seek the LORD for His grace to overcome the stress. The LORD is our sure help. May the LORD help all who are writing their exams.
"11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."
