God had called each of us, out of darkness, into His marvellous light. But for His grace, there is no reason why we should be in the light. Isn’t that great? It sure is!
Yet, there are times we struggle…we fail…we falter…we are lost…e are disturbed, down and clueless. Take heart my friend – many a child of God gone through such times of despair and wilderness. Let us remember always, “FAITHFUL IS HE THAT CALLETH YOU!”
“24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.”
“9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.”
“6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:”
“13 If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.”
“11 Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.”
“But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.”
“23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)” – 1 Thessalonians 5:24, 1 Corinthians 1:9, Philippians 1:6, 2 Timothy 2:13, Hebrews 11:11, 2 Thessalonians 3:3, Hebrews 10:23
May these words from the Word of God help us adjust our vision. Let us not look at the problems that we face. Let us learn to look at the LORD, who is right beside us. Let us not listen to the roarings of the storm; rather, let us care to listen to the still small voice. So LORD help us.
"All God’s giants have been weak men and women who have gotten hold of God’s faithfulness."
