February 14, 2023Nothing comes freely in this world. Someone, somewhere has to pay the price, and there is no other way. The salvation, which is offered to us free, by our Saviour, had to be paid for, by the blood of the LORD Jesus Christ.
Did you know, there is a cost to be paid to be the disciple of the LORD Jesus Christ? Our Redeemer said, “27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple…33 So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.” – Luke 14:27,33
How are we faring? What is the cost we are paying to be the disciple of the LORD? Are we bearing our cross, and following the LORD daily? Are we forsaking all that we have?
