Life of a Christian is lived by faith in God, and not by what is happening around us. When we live our life by all what is happening around us, we will be living a life that is of not much use to anyone, including us.
Yes, life has its confusions, challenges and conflicting situations. In the midst of all such chaotic circumstances, we ought to place our faith firmly on the LORD, and step forward trusting Him to lead us and guide us. We have learn to place our trust in the God, who said…
– “10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10
Such a faith in God is not some blind faith, hoping everything would work out well, in the end. No, not at all. A Christian’s faith in God, is no blind faith. It is a faith built upon God’s promises. He is not a man like us, who can be doubted.
– “19 “God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?” – Numbers 23:19
– “8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the LORD. 9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. 10 “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, 11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” – Isaiah 55:8-11
Therefore, dear brothers, sisters and friends, let us learn to trust the LORD our God, who sought and saved us, even when we were His enemies. Let us not worry, nor be scared of anything. Rather, let us place our trust in the One, who cares for us.
– “31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” – Romans 8:31-32
May the LORD help us to trust Him, and walk in faith, in His goodness and grace. Let us trust the LORD who said, “YES, I WILL HELP YOU.” Even so the LORD help us.
"We gain nothing in this life apart from endurance, which involves two things—patience and time. Endurance means that I am willing to stay at my post— where God has placed me—until He tells me to move forward. It also means that no matter how hard life may become, I will follow wherever He leads."
