TO HIM BELONGS ALL GLORY!!!

The LORD God Almighty of the Bible, our Creator, our Redeemer, and also the Creator of universe, is worthy of all our praise and worship. There is none who is worthy…in fact there is none who can stand in His stead. There are a whole lot of pretenders, but none stand anywhere close to Him. For He is the only true God!

It is simply unthinkable for Jude, and many others like him, whom the LORD God used in writing His Word for us, to imagine the possibility of we worship others, instead of the LORD Jesus Christ. No wonder it is written – “25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.” – Jude 1:25

Paul writes the same in 1 Timothy 1:17 – “17 To the King of the ages, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honour and glory forever and ever. Amen.”

David’s prayer is the same in 1 Chronicles 29:11 – “11 Yours, O LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, O LORD, and you are exalted as head above all. 12 Both riches and honour come from you, and you rule over all. In your hand are power and might, and in your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all. 13 And now we thank you, our God, and praise your glorious name.”

Now what about us? How much glory are we giving to God? Let us truly and fully give Him all the glory, for it belongs only to God, at all times, and in all things. So God help us.
