FATHERLY RESPONSIBILITIES

To think about God, and the innumerable ways in which He takes care of us, is such a comfort. Especially if one is going through a tough and troubling season. The more we get to know the LORD, and all that He does for us, the more amazed we are left. The awe and the amazement is not just because He loves a sinful people like us, but much more than that, the way He cares for our good and our growth, as a Father who cares for His children, is what will make us stand in awe of God.

The LORD’s Care, Provision, Protection and Providence is obvious from the moment we are conceived in our mother’s womb, till the moment we die. I am sure, none of us have prayed for every single thing that we have, and will ever have. The LORD as a Father who cares, has provided it generously and most of it unasked.

When we have such a Father, how should we be as His sons and daughters? May the good LORD help us to live a worthy life for His glory and for the blessing of His people.
